The Alola Friendly online competition for Pokémon Sun And Moon is over and the reward for participating is now available to download.

The reward for participating in the Alola Friendly is 50 Battle Points, similar to the reward for participating in the Battle of Alola online competition. And like that competition, Pokémon trainers will definitely want to pick up their Battle Points to spend on the Battle Royal or Battle Tree shops that include a ton of awesome Battle Items, items to help with breeding (like the Power Items and Destiny Knot) and even Mega Stones to perform Mega Evolution on some Pokémon (not all, unfortunately).

Trainers will also want to get into the habit of participating in these Sun and Moon online competitions, because the Mega Stones that are not currently available in the Gen 7 games will steadily be gifted.

Mawilite and Beedrillite are the first two Mega Stones that will be given to participants in late February, so get your teams ready and get to battling.

Here’s how to download your 50 Battle Points for participating in the Alola Friendly:

1. Sign in to your Global Link account.

2. Go to the Alola Friendly page and the page will show a code.

3. Power up your Pokémon Sun or Moon game and go to the Mystery Gift function.

4. Go to ‘Receive Via Code’ and input the code from the Global Link site.

5. Visit any Pokémon Center and speak to the man in the yellow and blue shirt to receive your 50 Battle Points.

It should be said that registering for the Battle of Alola in Pokémon Sun and Moon does not qualify you for getting the 50 Battle Points, trainers actually had to take part in at least three battles.

Regardless of your win / loss record, as long as you complete three Pokémon battles, you are eligible for the Alola Friendly reward.
