The latest batch of Legendary Pokémon getting added to Pokémon Go are the three Legendary Dogs from Gold and Silver; Entei, Raikou and Suicune.

According to the official Pokémon Go blog , the three Pokémon will start appearing in Pokémon Go from Aug. 31 to Sept. 30. However, Entei, Raikou and Suicune will each be exclusive to different areas of the world.

Here’s where you can find each of the three Legendary Pokémon.

  • Raikou, an Electric-type Legendary Pokémon, can be battled throughout the Americas.
  • Entei, a Fire-type Legendary Pokémon, can be battled throughout Europe and Africa.
  • Suicune, a Water-type Legendary Pokémon, can be battled throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

While this sounds like they’ll be region exclusives, the three Pokémon will start to roam like they did in Gold and Silver and move to another part of the world. After Sept. 30, the three Pokémon will move to one of the other two locations until Oct. 31 where, on that day only, the third area will receive the Legendary Dog Pokémon that didn’t appear yet.

Niantic also announced that during this time, they will begin to give out EX Raid Passes to use in future exclusive Raid Battles that will contain Legendary Pokémon like Mewtwo.

During the field test, Niantic will be making periodic adjustments to EX Raid eligibility requirements, frequency, times, locations, and durations with the goal of making the EX Raid Battle feature engaging, rewarding, and fun for Trainers who regularly participate in Raid Battles.

The first EX Raid Passes will be sent out soon, and those invited will have an opportunity to try out the new system as early as Sept. 6.

The inclusion of the Legendary Dog Pokémon in Pokémon Go comes off the heels of a huge update that saw the implementation of Raid Battles for the first time and the introduction of Legendary Pokémon. Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos and Lugia became available over the summer allowing trainers to battle and catch these powerful Pokémon.

So what do you think of Raikou, Entei and Suicune finally coming to Pokémon Go ? Are you excited for the exclusive Raid Battles to begin? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
