New SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy trailers continue to look just as stylish and magical as when it was first announced. Its latest trailer focuses on several of the costume options you can unlock with in-game points. If you’ve got a unique style you want for your favorite characters, it looks like you’ll definitely be able to do just that.

The trailer features a flashy J-Pop beat and shows off plenty of varied looks for the girls, with three costume options for each character. They include the "Heroines Costume," "Classic Costume," and "Alternative Costume" as base sets. You can further customize them from there, with various accessories available at your disposal. That's going to be much of the fun of the game; dressing up your favorite characters and all the fun options that come along with it.

The fighting game that's coming to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 this summer will be jam-packed with fun elements similar to the various costumes. This is the newest official glimpse we've had at the game since some offscreen footage showed up from EVO Japan 2018, which gave us a look at Leona and Kula versus Athena and Yuri.

SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy is actually a spiritual successor to the Neo Geo Pocket title SNK Gals' Fighters , and it will feature 14 different female fighters from all throughout the series. Most recently, the character Nakoruru was announced as a newcomer to the game. She originally appeared in the arcade title Samurai Shodown in 1993, and most recently was a playable character in 2016's The King of Fighters XIV . She's a nimble fighter with a bird companion who will likely join her in battle.

The game will feature a special one-button fighting style that you can use if you like, as well as special finale moves called Dream Finishes. Like Mortal Kombat's Fatalities, Dream Finishes are meant to be the coup de grace to a rush of combos, crippling your opponent in the process. It's going to be a blast.

SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy is coming to PlayStation 4 and Switch this summer, though there isn't an official release date just yet. Better get those costume change ideas prepared.
