LEGO Dimensions will be at E3 this year and have already released a new trailer showing off some of the new characters coming to the brick-building game. There will be 16 new properties included in Year Two of LEGO Dimensions, with the new content coming starting on Sept. 27.

So what new faces can LEGO fans expect to see soon? A huge range of popular names from all over the entertainment spectrum. The list of packs releasing on Sept. 27 is as follows:

  • Ghostbusters Story Pack

  • Harry Potter Team Pack

  • Adventure Time Team and Level Pack

  • Mission: Impossible Level Pack

  • The A-Team Fun Pack

Other popular shows and movies will be getting the LEGO Dimensions treatment over the next few months as well. These include The Goonies, Teen Titans Go!, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, The LEGO Batman Movie, Sonic The Hedgehog, LEGO City Undercover, Knight Rider, The Powerpuff Girls, Gremlins, Beetlejuice and E.T . The Extra-Terrestrial. With a list that diverse, there’s surely something to please any kind of LEGO fan. No formal release plans for any of these packs have been mentioned yet, but they will be released between Sept. 27 to the summer of next year.

All of the new products will be compatible with the pre-existing LEGO Dimensions toys.

Two new features coming to Year Two of LEGO Dimensions are Story Packs and Battle Arenas. Story Packs offer deep, story-driven gameplay made for current theatrical releases. For example, the Ghostbusters Story Pack includes new LEGO Gateway bricks that allow players to build Zhu’s Chinese Restaurant atop the LEGO Toy Pad. A buildable Abby Yates LEGO minifigure is also included along with a Proton Blaster and Ecto-1 (which can be rebuilt into the Ectozer and The PerfEcto). The pack unlocks “Rip,” a new Toy Pad mode allowing players to tear open an alternate universe. In this mirror world, players have the ability to solve puzzles and affect objects and other items in the primary universe.

A Story Pack is also planned for the upcoming Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Battle Arenas offer local split-screen competitive gameplay for up to four players. Each arena will have four different game modes and come with its own unique set of traps, special powers and interactive environments. The Battle Arenas are unlocked using figures from Waves Six to Nine that have a special golden Toy Tag. This Toy Tag will allow players to start going head-to-head with friends.

“We’ve built upon the existing LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack to expand the gameplay possibilities with entirely new LEGO experiences that can’t be found anywhere else,” said Tom Stone, managing director of TT Games, in a press statement. “We can now provide players with even more customization and mash-up opportunities, and all are compatible with the existing game and packs. Battle Arenas also introduce a fun new way for friends and family to join the action together and battle as favorite characters, which is an exciting innovation for LEGO videogames.”
