HTC Vive Price: Black Friday 2016 And Cyber Monday $100 Discount For VR System

If you are interested in purchasing the HTC Vive virtual reality system, there’s no better time than Black Friday or Cyber Monday. HTC has announced the Vive will be on sale for $100 off on Nov. 25 and Nov. 28.

Consumers will be able to purchase the HTC Vive for $699.99 online and in stores on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, discounted from its original $799.99 pricing.

Brick and mortar locations offering the VR system include Microsoft Stores, Micro Center, Gamestop and 34 Fry’s locations in the U.S. Online stores include Amazon.com, Newegg.com and Vive.com.

The HTC Vive VR system includes the Vive VR headset, two wireless controllers and two base stations. Users must have a Steam account to download VR content and a computer with specifications to support virtual reality software.

HTC Vive Software Black Friday / Cyber Monday Deals

HTC is also offering a Black Friday / Cyber Monday 50 percent discount on titles at its Viveport app store, which sells non-gaming VR content. The deal will run from Nov. 25 at 2:59 a.m. EST to Nov. 29 and 2:59 a.m. Check out a list of discounted titles below.

HTC is also offering a $5 bundle deal on the VR apps Soundstage, Arcade Artist, and Lumen.
