On How To Get Away With Murder Season 3 episode 13, which airs at 10 p.m. EST Thursday on ABC, Annalise is filing a lawsuit against ADA Renee Atwood, claiming she was arrested under false pretences and repeatedly denied bail.
Annalise is now out of jail and seeking revenge. But she still has to defend herself against accusations that she killed Wes, among several other people. An episode 13 sneak peek shows Annalise talking with the remaining Keating Five students. She apologizes to them for not protecting them well enough and they also discuss who may have killed Wes.
The Keating Five are still very wary of trusting Annalise and Oliver confesses to having backed up the cell phone Annalise asked him to wipe the night of Wes’ death. An episode 13 sneak peek shows Oliver and Connor discussing whether they should look at the files from Annalise’s phone.
There is now also the question of where Wes’ is body and who removed it from the morgue. It appears someone is trying to pin this new development on detective Nate Lahey.
Nate confesses to Annalise that he was at her home the night of the fire and saw Wes alive. At this time viewers don’t know what that means. But an episode promo shows that Annalise and Nate are on opposing sides now.
Where will the mystery of Wes’ death go from here? We will find out in the upcoming Season 3 episode 13, called “ It's War,” which is best viewed on television or live online through ABC Live.
