The demo for FIFA 17 is now available to download for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. Want to get yourself out onto the pitch, playing some footy with the lads? Here’s how:

  1. Sign on to your console and make your way to the PSN Store or Xbox Store

  2. Search for “FIFA 17

  3. Find the FIFA 17 Downloadable Demo

  4. Get it and install it

  5. Score a bunch of goals

The demo is available to all Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC owners for free.

So what’s in the FIFA 17 demo? It’s not the full game, but there’s still a good selection of modes to try out. Players will have access to 12 different teams, including Manchester United, Real Madrid and more.

If you’re curious to see the ratings for your favorite team, EA has posted that information on its website. For example, the stats on the Chelsea squad can be found right here.

Additionally, players can also start on the “The Journey” game mode in the demo. This mode is a story-driven, with you taking on the role of an up-and-coming soccer prodigy. While you still play games, you’ll also have to deal with all sorts of off-field events like contract signings and sponsorship deals.

Unlike previous EA trials, this is not a beta test. This means there’s no end-date for the demo. If you want to play the full game first, make sure you sign up for EA Access to start playing days before everyone else.

FIFA 17 comes to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC Sept. 27.

So what do you think? Are you excited to download and try out this year’s FIFA game? Are you more excited to play matches or try out The Journey? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
