‘Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’ Super Pack 2 DLC Releasing Feb. 28, Free Update Coming Day Earlier

Bandai Namco has announced the release of the Super Pack 2 DLC for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and surprised fans with the announcement of a free update coming at the end of February.

A tweet from the official Bandai Namco Twitter account revealed the free Xenoverse 2 update will drop on Feb. 27. with Super Pack 2 dropping a day later on Feb. 28. Here’s the official tweet from Bandai Namco regarding Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

If you’re curious to know what’s in the free Xenoverse 2 update, here’s a list of what you’ll get.

  • New costumes: Zangya & Bido
  • Android 15’s Clothes and Metal Cooler’s Suit
  • 2 New Expert Missions: Broly and Janemba
  • 5 New Attacks
  • New Rules for the Tenkaichi Tournament
  • Character Tenkaichi: All players will have to fight with the same one character, such as “Goku Tenkaichi,” “Yamcha Tenkaichi” or “Pan Tenkaichi”
  • Group Tenkaichi: For example the “GT Cup”, players can only choose GT characters
  • Tenkaichi Tournament Jersey

As for what’s in Super Pack 2, players will get Champa and Vados from the upcoming new arc from Dragon Ball Super but that’s not all. Here’s a rundown of everything you’ll receive from the upcoming Xenoverse 2 DLC pack.

  • New Universe 6 Saga Story Chapter
  • 2 New Playable Characters (Champa/Vados)
  • 1 New Stage (U6 vs U7 Tournament Stage)
  • 8 New Attacks
  • 3 New Costumes
  • 1 New Vehicle (Saiyan space pod)
  • Super Souls and Emotes
