In Dishonored 2 , you’ll need specific Blueprints in order to upgrade your arsenal. Some of the Blueprints you’ll find throughout the game. Others you can purchase in the Black Market. This guide contains a list of all the upgrades that require a Blueprint and where the schematic is located.
