Update 1.07 prioritizes quality-of-life fixes, without delivering many new features. For more on that type of content, be sure to check out our Winter Siege recap from Wednesday. The update adds a slew of new guns to the game, and there are several free ways to unlock them. Now that the event has begun, be sure to talk to Major Howard to redeem special orders that directly unlock all the new variants.

Beyond the run and gun, the multiplayer Headquarters also gets a complete redesign to mark the festive season. There’s snow on the ground, a Christmas tree, festive animations and all stray Gridiron balls have transformed into snow globes. The option to mute all players in HQ also makes the social lobby experience way more enjoyable overall.

Call Of Duty: WWII is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC. A PC update with its own dedicated fixes is expected to go live on Friday.
