The initial sentiment after the Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show was that Beyoncé saved the performance. But not everyone is impressed with Beyoncé’s routine of her new song Formation. Now, those who are unhappy with her performance are organizing a protest rally to #BoycottBeyonce.

The rally, whose organizers are anonymous, is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 16 and will take place outside of the NFL headquarters in New York.

The event description (which is being promoted with #BoycottBeyonce, #BlueLivesMatter and #AllLivesMatter) reads: “Are you offended as an American that Beyoncé pulled her race-baiting stunt at the Superbowl? Do you agree that it was a slap in the face to law enforcement? Do you agree that the Black Panthers was/is a hate group which should not be glorified? Come and let's stand together. Let's tell the NFL we don't want hate speech & racism at the Superbowl ever again!”

Critics of Beyoncé (yes, she has critics) are unhappy with her alleged “attack” on cops and her allusions to the Black Panthers and Malcolm X.

Once America’s mayor but now its racist uncle, Rudy Giuliani said “This is football, not Hollywood, and I thought it was really outrageous that she used it as a platform to attack police officers who are the people who protect her and protect us, and keep us alive," in an interview Monday morning on Fox & Friends.

On her end, Beyoncé is more than okay with her performance.

"It makes me proud," told the 34-year-old to Entertainment Tonight, adding: "I wanted people to feel proud … and have love for themselves.”

In light of the protest, a counter rally has been organized by Black Girl Rising to protest Beyoncé’s protest at the same time and place.

“When Black women affirm Blackness/Black womanhood, they are attacked and silenced,” reads the event’s description. “This is a counter protest to a racist, ahistorical attack on the Black Panther Party and Beyonce, plus an excuse to celebrate a very awesome song and #BlackGirlMagic moment. Sisters, dress in your "Formation" video/Super Bowl performance-inspired gear and make this a moment a joyous one! Allies and friends, show up and show your support! We have asked our biggest stars to get political and Bey went there . Don't let anyone make her powerful statement about the value of Black life be overshadowed by those who don't believe that our lives matter.”
