It’s finally time for Awesome Games Done Quick 2017, the latest iteration of the biannual charity event hosted by Speed Demos Archive, and dozens of streamers have already committed their time and energy to help raise cash for the Prevent Cancer Foundation. Here’s what you need to know to enjoy the charitable group’s latest winter gaming marathon.

What Is It

Awesome Games Done Quick is the colder half of Speed Demos Archive’s annual, two-part charity streaming series, Games Done Quick. AGDQ takes place every January, with this year’s festivities being broadcast live from the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport Hotel in Herndon, VA. For a little more than one week, gamers from around the country will finish a plethora of video games in speeds that will make your jaw drop. Some runs will rely on third-party tools or in-game exploits. Others will feature challenges or character names chosen by the community, via a donation-based voting system. The only thing they’ll all have in common are ludicrous completion times.

When Is It

The marathon began at noon (EST) on Jan. 8, with iongravirei’s completion of Ape Escape 2, and will continue until the early hours of Jan. 15. Click here for the full schedule. All of the action can be seen on Games Done Quick’s official Twitch channel. Many of the participants in this year’s event are also hosting AGDQ 2017 on their own channels. Donations are being collected via the Games Done Quick website.

Where To Watch

Those interested in watching Awesome Games Done Quick 2017 can follow all the action over on the official Twitch channel. If there’s a particular game you’re hoping to see, take a few minutes to check out the official schedule on the Games Done Quick website. Or just make use of the video player embedded below this paragraph. If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that there are no shortage of ways to watch video games being played on the internet in 2017.
